Villa DELPHIN is located in Kas district of Antalya, the center of tourism. The villa, which stands out with its magnificent nature view, completed in 2019, is only 150 meters walking distance from Büyük Pebble Beach. Villa DELPHIN is an ideal option for our guests who cannot give up the pleasure of the sea during their villa holiday. Our villa has a single storey and stone house concept and has a capacity of two rooms/four people. There is a sheltered swimming pool in our villa, which can be easily rented by nuclear families, honeymooners and conservative families. There is a curtain system that can be opened and closed for protection in front of the pool. When the pool is not in use, the curtain is opened to create a more spacious viewing angle. You can enjoy a dream-like holiday in our villa, which has been realized with every comfort of its guests in mind. Villa DELPHIN is only 750 meters from the center of Kas.

Living Room: There are sitting group, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, dining table for 4 people and chairs.

Pool: There is a sheltered private swimming pool. The dimensions of the pool are 8 m in length; width 2.75 m; depth is 1.60 m. There is also a “Shallow Pool” integrated into the main pool.

Garden: There is a private sheltered swimming pool, parasol, sun loungers, barbecue, garden dining table and chairs.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
