Villa Çukurbağ Duru

Our rental villa located in Kas, Çukurbağ region has 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people. You can spend a pleasant holiday with your loved ones on the garden and pool terrace of our rental villa, which has a private pool. In the American kitchen-lounge opening to the pool terrace, many things that our guests may need are considered. The distance of our villa, which includes electricity, water, cylinder-gas, etc. expenses, to the city center of Kaş is 7.5 km.

1. Bedroom: Suite room has 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom & WC.
2. Bedroom: Suite room has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom & WC.
3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, exit to the pool terrace.

It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

There is a comfortable sitting group, coffee table, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, Wi-Fi.

The villa is delivered to you clean. Cleaning is done once a week. Your extra cleaning request, extra new sheets, pillowcases etc. If you want, it is paid.

There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: 7 m X 3 m Depth: 1.55 m

There are sun loungers, parasol, dining table and chairs, swing, garden sitting group.

Electricity, water, gas etc. are included in the prices. Extra cleanings, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases etc. , rental cars, vacation and health etc. Insurance is not included in our prices.

As a deposit, 1500 Turkish Liras or equivalent Euros, American Dollars or British Pounds are broken, trashed, damaged, lost, lost etc. It is taken as a deposit at the entrance of the villa, and if there is no problem, it is delivered back to you at the exit of the villa.
The damage deposit is taken in cash at the time of entry to the villa and any damage etc. caused by our guests who will stay on the day of departure. It is returned as long as we do not meet the situation.
