Villa LUXURY

Located in the çerçiler district of Kaş, our villa has a view of the sea and Kaş, and has a pool terrace where you can watch the magnificent sunsets. For our villa, transportation from Kaş center is easily provided by shuttles from Kaş bus station in summer months and there are 4 bedrooms. You can spend time on the wonderful beaches of Kas and have a pleasant time in our villa with private pool. Our villa is suitable for families and large groups of friends.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV, satellite, make-up table, nightstand, bayo & wc. There is an exit to the terrace of the pool.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV, satellite, make-up table, nightstand, bayo & wc. There is a french balcony.

3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bathroom & wc.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bayo & wc.

Kitchen: The kitchen of our villa has an oven, built-in cooker, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, kitchen tools and utensils.

Living Room: In the living room of our rental villa, there is a seating group, TV, satellite, internet and a sofa that can be opened. There is a communal wash basin.

Pool and Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, 8 sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and dining table in the garden of our villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 1500 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day, and on the last day, departure time is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please comply with the entry and exit times of the villa.
