Villa Porto is one of the 3 bedroom luxury villas with its own beach, located on the border of the Kisla Village border with the surrounding date trees, with a capacity of 6 people. In Porto, one of the most exclusive villas in Kalkan, you will feel special with different resting areas. It has undergone an excellent renovation by its owner in 2022, and sports equipment, sauna and cinema room are stored. Again, in this villa, you will enjoy nature and the view to the fullest as in our other villas. You can have one-on-one experiences in the sky of different colors at all hours of the day.

Kitchen: Designed with modern touches, all kitchen tools and utensils such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove and dinnerware are easily accessible in the kitchen of Villa Porto.

Living Room: The room of our villa, where comfort is kept at the highest level, has facilities such as TV, air conditioning, coffee table. There is also a direct exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There are double bed sets, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink. It is on the second floor and has a sea view.

Pool Dimensions: Our pool in Villa Porto has a width of 8 meters X 3.5 meters, a normal pool of 8 meters X 3 meters and a depth of 1.40 – 1.80 meters.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Porto is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
