In our rental villa, which you can also choose as a honeymoon villa, all the basic items you may need during your holiday are available and ready for your use. There is a bathtub in one bedroom of our rental villa with a terrace floor jacuzzi. Our villa, which is very close to markets and restaurants, has been carefully designed to offer you a perfect holiday. There is a private swimming pool, sunbathing area, green area, swing, table football, dining table, sitting area and barbecue in the garden of our economical rental villa, which has a bright and spacious structure. In Villa Sunset Möet, our luxury villa for rent close to the sea and the center, you can spend pleasant times with your loved ones accompanied by magnificent nature and sea views and forget all your tiredness. Our economical rental villa is located in nature, only 500 meters from the sea, and only 3 km from the center of Kas.

Bedroom Information:

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, bathtub, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The living room floor of our villa has a large and spacious structure and includes a sitting group, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit from the living room floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa. Pool dimensions: 8 m x 3 m, Pool Depth; 1.55 meters

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be problems caused by internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken, lost or damaged, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: For all our villas, the check-in time is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you comply with the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. In all our villas in nature, spraying is done regularly, but still, butterflies, insects, flies etc. is likely to be found.
